TikTok has leased over 1 million square feet of warehouse space in Metro Atlanta, reinforcing its expansion in the region. The agreement, reported recently, involves a facility at Jackson 85 North Business Park in Pendergrass, about 60 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. This development, completed last year by Trammell Crow Co. and CBRE Investment Management, adds to a pattern of major tech and retail firms securing industrial properties in the area.
The warehouse’s exact function has not been disclosed. Neither TikTok nor the developers provided details when asked. However, the company has previously indicated plans to bolster its e-commerce operations, including a global fulfillment system announced in 2022. That same year, TikTok leased an 85,000-square-foot warehouse in Dublin, Ireland, and last week finalized a 251,000-square-foot facility in the UK for its TikTok Shop operations.
This lease follows a series of similar deals in Metro Atlanta. During the same quarter, Nike secured a 1-million-square-foot space near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, while Google took 1 million square feet at The Cubes at Locust Grove. These transactions highlight the region’s rising status as a logistics and distribution center, driven by its central location and improved infrastructure.

Constructed last year, it complements other large developments, such as Majestic Airport Center IV, where Nike’s lease was signed. The park’s access to major highways and airports makes it an ideal location for companies focused on supply chain efficiency.
