Vishal Dadlani has sold a commercial property in Goregaon West, Mumbai, for INR 3.34 crore, according to property registration documents. The unit, located at Shalimar Miracle, has a carpet area of 641 sq ft and a built-up area of 769.51 sq ft. The sale was registered in October 2026.

The registration details were sourced from the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration portal and reviewed by Square Yards.

Stamp duty for the transaction amounted to INR 20.04 lakh, which represents 6 per cent of the sale value. This aligns with the standard rates for property registration in Mumbai, which include a 5 per cent stamp duty and a 1 per cent metro cess. Registration charges were INR 30,000.

These charges are a standard fixed fee in Mumbai’s property registration process.

Dadlani acquired the unit in 2016 for INR 3.25 crore. The recent sale price is approximately INR 9 lakh higher, resulting in an overall gain of about 2.8 per cent over a holding period of roughly a decade. When spread over those years, the appreciation works out to less than 0.3 per cent annually, before accounting for additional costs.

Calculated from the reported figures, the sale price comes to about INR 52,100 per sq ft of carpet area, or roughly INR 43,400 per sq ft of built-up area. The 2016 purchase price corresponded to about INR 50,700 per sq ft of carpet area, assuming the same unit area.

Goregaon West is a mixed-use neighbourhood in Mumbai’s western suburbs. The area includes residential societies, commercial establishments and retail spaces. It is connected by the Western Express Highway, SV Road and Link Road, and serves as a transit hub near Goregaon railway station and the Mumbai Metro.

The area is close to Andheri, Malad, Jogeshwari and landmarks like Inorbit Mall, Film City and Aarey Forest.

Records from the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration are routinely used by real estate data firms to track high-profile transactions. The Dadlani sale was reported alongside other celebrity property deals, including singer Sonu Nigam’s purchase of two Andheri offices for INR 16 crore.
