Mumbai-based actor Tiger Shroff recently finalized the sale of his Khar West residence for ₹9 crore, with the deal officially recorded on October 22, 2026, per records obtained via CRE Matrix, a property data firm.
The apartment is situated on the ninth story of a residential complex on Main Avenue Road in Khar West. It offers a carpet area of 1,291.14 square feet, plus an extra exclusive space of 95.80 square feet. Additionally, the property comes with two covered parking spots.
In July 2018, Shroff bought the apartment directly from developer Keystone Realtors Private Limited for INR 7.61 crore. He took possession of the property in November 2019. The recent sale shows a gain of roughly INR 1.39 crore, which is 18.3% more than what he originally paid.
The buyer paid INR 54 lakh in stamp duty for the transaction, according to the registration documents. However, the difference between the purchase and sale prices does not represent the actor’s actual profit, as expenses such as stamp duty paid at the time of purchase, registration charges, maintenance and other property-related costs must also be considered.
The registration happened four days after a shooting incident involving Shroff’s car in Mumbai‘s Juhu area on October 18. Still, the timing of the property registration doesn’t prove any link between the incident and the apartment sale.
In 2025, Shroff sold another apartment in the same residential development for INR 15.6 crore, according to property transaction reports. That apartment was larger, with a carpet area of 1,989.72 square feet, and had been purchased for INR 11.62 crore in 2018.
